The company that owns and operates the retail brand.
Ticker
A unique code used to identify a listed security in the stock market.
Net Payment Amount
The amount calculated by subtracting the total payment cancellation amount from the total payment amount.

Total Payment Amount
The total amount paid to a retail brand via credit cards or debit cards, both online and offline.
Value-added tax (VAT) is included.
For installment payments, the full amount is included at the time of the first installment.
Payments made through online/offline malls or platforms (e.g., Google, Kakao) are recognized as payments to the respective platform.
For point or digital wallet, the amount at the time of top-up is recognized as the payment amount.
Payments made in foreign currencies (e.g., USD) are converted to KRW based on the applicable daily exchange rate.
Payments made via bank transfers, cash, or gift cards are excluded.
Total Payment Cancellation Amount
The total amount of canceled payments.
Total Number of Payments
The total number of payment transactions made to the retail brand.
Total Payers
The number of people who made at least one payment to the retail brand.
Multiple payments by the same person are counted only once.
Payment Amount per Payer
The total payment amount divided by the number of total payers, representing the average amount paid by each payer.

Payment Amount per Payment
The total payment amount divided by the total number of payments, representing the average amount per payment.

Payments per Payer
The total number of payments divided by the number of total payers, representing the average number of payments per payer.

Days per Payer
The total payment days divided by the number of total payers, representing the average number of days a payer made payments. Total payment days are calculated as the number of days on which a payer made at least one payment.

Growth Rate
The rate at which an indicator has changed compared to the previous period.

Payers by Criteria
Payers by Criteria are divided into three groups according to loyalty.
Payers by Criteria are divided into Light, Middle, and Heavy payers.
The criteria for classifying groups are the criteria indicator average value for 50% of the lower payers and the criteria indicator average value for 50% of the upper payers.
The criteria is Payment Amount.

Churn Payers
Payers who paid to the retail brand in the previous period but did not pay to it in the current period.
Within the same industry, churn payers may be counted more than once.
Inflow Payers
Payers who paid to other retail brands in the previous period but paid to this retail brand in the current period.
Within the same industry, inflow payers may be counted more than once.
