Apps Used Before and After Using Apps

You can see which apps were used and how frequently they were launched before and after using the app, and analyze app-to-app navigation paths and connectivity.

To view apps used before and after app usage, go to App Details > User Behavior > 'Apps Used Before and After Using Apps' and click the [View Details] button.

App Selection

You can add up to 10 apps to analyze from the top of the screen. In the selected apps area, you can change the order or remove apps.

Function

• Add App

  • Favorite Apps : You can add apps that you have marked as favorites.

  • Search : Search by app name to add apps.

• Selected Apps Area

  • Reorder : Drag and drop with your mouse to change the order.

  • Remove : Click the X button in the list to remove an app.

Analyze app switching behavior and usage flow by examining which apps are used before and after using this app.

You can set the period to Weekly / Monthly.

Provides a summarized comparison view of apps used before and after, allowing you to see them at a glance.

• After use : Ranked by the proportion of executions of other apps after using this app

You can analyze app usage before and after the selected app in greater detail.

Through view settings, you can see not only step 1 app usage but also step 2 app usage.
