# April 1 : \[WISEAPP/RETAIL] Service Update

Hello, this is WISEAPP/RETAIL.\
We are pleased to share the latest updates to the WISEAPP and WISERETAIL services.<br>

## WISEAPP

### 1) Launch of the ‘Service Guide’ Site

We have launched a new ‘Service Guide’ site to help you better understand WISEAPP metrics.

The Service Guide provides a comprehensive overview of WISEAPP, including [**data methodology**](/lang/eng/wiseapp/data-methodology.md) explaining how metrics are calculated, commonly used [**terms**](/lang/eng/wiseapp/terms.md), and detailed [**screen help**](/lang/eng/wiseapp/screen-help.md) describing features and available metrics. This allows you to easily access all the information needed to use the service.

In particular, through the integrated tooltip feature, you can view explanations for each metric directly on the right-side panel without navigating away from the page, providing a more convenient experience.

### 2) Addition of Developer OS Filter

A new **Android+iOS** combined option has been added to the OS filter, which previously allowed only separate selections for Android and iOS.

Accordingly, in the developer detail page, you can now analyze data in an integrated view rather than switching between separate OS screens.

In addition, a new ‘**Users by Criteria**’ tab has been introduced for developers, enabling more in-depth analysis using expanded metrics in both the detail view and the comparison view.

{% hint style="warning" %}
During the integration of developer OS data, all data—including historical data—has been reprocessed and applied using a consistent standard.
{% endhint %}
